EF91, EF92 and EF95 support, WE403A/B and WE408?

It is doesn't hurt to set a higher plate voltage for full scan due to the pulse-testing nature of etracer. The voltage is applied on the plate in a very short period of time hence the wattage is very low. When I create a config file I try to match the range of the graph in a datasheet even if the plate voltage exceeds the maximum value specified in the datasheet.
