Contacting eTracer and Question About Tube Configurations

I requested a quote from eTracer, but have not gotten any response. Have they changed their Email address?

The eTracer appears to be a very good piece of test equipment, but the price is a little high for me considering that most of the configuration files are for audio tubes. I realize that a curve tracer is probably most useful to people working with audio, but my other testers test rectifiers, RF tubes and others; easily 3 to 4X the number of tubes that the eTracer tests with the available configuration files. I suppose that a person could create a custom configuration from the tube data sheet, but I am concerned about how difficult and time consuming this process might be. I would like to hear thoughts from others on this issue.

I was able to reach Chris in June and he built an eTracer for me in record time, greatly exceeding the original delivery estimate. I am however unable to get in touch with him now and have not heard from him since mid-July even after following up twice.

If you are unable to get your own eTracer, I am happy to test your tubes if you'd like as long as the config files for those exist, or if you are willing to create those. I actually need to test a few tubes that do not have the configs provided for them, so I am in the same predicament.
