Alpha and Beta Versions Not Available for Download

I see a number of videos and posts referring to various alpha and beta versions of the software. I have a Brother QL-800 label maker which appears to be supported in alpha 2.1. I am also interested in the soft start function which is also supported in alpha. There are notices on the Forum indicating that the various alpha and beta versions are available in the software download section of the eTracer website, but I can't find them.
